⚾️ Pitching Primer
Paul Skenes vs STL
He’s arguably the best pitcher in the game, and even though the Cards are leading MLB in average (.301) and OBP (.380), he should do some damage here.
Garrett Crochet vs TOR
Coming off an 8-strikeout game against Baltimore, he will have an even better matchup here against Toronto. The Jays haven’t been much of a threat this year. They're tied for last in homers with just 5.
Logan Gilbert vs HOU
Gilbert is second in strikeouts (18) so far this year and will be in a great pitcher’s park here. The Stros’ don’t pose much threat anymore.
Cole Ragans vs MIN
He just struck out 10 Brewers and Minnesota can often go cold at the dish. His elite K-rate should give him a nice ceiling in this spot.
Other Starters Include:
Shota Imanaga vs TEX
Tarik Skubal vs NYY
Framber Valdez at SEA
Hunter Brown at SEA
Yoshinobu Yamamoto at WSH
Max Fried at DET
Chris Sale vs PHI
Zack Wheeler at ATL
Dylan Cease at ATH
Logan Webb vs CIN
💰 Stacks
Red Sox
They’ve been on fire lately and now they get four games at home against Toronto.
These pitchers aren’t terrible by any means, but we can keep betting on this offense, this ballpark, and having the extra game.
Boston is third in MLB in runs scored this year (63).
Brewers
Milwaukee is in Colorado for this series and we can take advantage of the high altitude and poor pitching.
The Brew Crew has been about league-average in offensive metrics so far this season, but I love a Brice Turang, Christian Yelich, Jackson Chourio stack.
Dodgers
The Dodgers have just three games but draw some enticing matchups against Washington.
You can’t go wrong stacking this team any week, but I’ll give them a slight upgrade in GW4.
Other Stacks Include:
Blue Jays, Royals, Twins, Guardians, Rockies
