Let’s dive in!
⏪ Game Week Rewind
Let’s take a peek at the winners of both the Limited and Common All-Star contests.
Ryan Pepiot struck out 11 Rockies at Coors Field while surrendering just 3 hits.
Otherwise, the rest of these two teams all contained different players.
If anyone has a way to look at the leaderboard of contests that you didn’t play in, please let me know :)

☔️ Rain Check
Boston - 62% chance of rain Thursday
Atlanta - 86% of rain/thunderstorms Thursday - risk of postponement
Cincinnati - Rainy all week but 92% chance of thunderstorms on Thursday
New York - 72% chance of rain Thursday
St. Louis - Slight rain but it shouldn’t be an issue
Kansas City - Slight rain but it shouldn’t be an issue
⚾️ Pitching Primer
Tyler Glasnow vs. MIN
Bobby Miller vs. MIN
Tarik Skubal vs. MIN
The Twins play four games but get a brutal stretch of matchups in this Game Week.
If we look at FantasyPros pitcher rankings, Glasnow is at 19, Miller at 29, and Skubal at 10.
The Twins struck out at the highest rate in the league last season (26.6%) so I’d expect one or two of these guys to have a big outing.
Other guys to consider include:
Zack Wheeler vs. PHI
Aaron Nola vs. PHI
St. Louis doesn’t have much to be feared on offense and Wheeler and Nola rank 4th, and eleventh on FantasyPros, respectively.
📞 Call To The Bullpen
Here are my closer ranks based on the eight teams who play four games this week:
Raisel Iglesias
Alexis Diaz
Josh Hader
Edwin Diaz
Jose Alvarado
Jose Leclerc
Abner Uribe (filling in for Devin Williams)
Griffin Jax (filling in for Jhoan Duran)
💰 Stacks
Using the Hitter Planner tool on FantasyPros I have located the eight teams that play four games in GW4, and the pitchers they will be facing. The number next to SP is their pitcher ranking.
My number one stack on this slate is the Braves, who will face Julio Teheran, Adrian Houser, Jose Quintana, and Luis Severino of the Mets, all of whom have a 97 ranking or higher. Atlanta is already a top offense in the league, so their players should be obvious ones this week. The only risk would be the weather projected for Thursday.
Other teams that stand out include both sides of the Brewers/Reds game, as Great American Ballpark is the best stadium for home runs in the league, and outside of Hunter Greene and Freddy Peralta, no other pitcher ranks inside the top 40. This series will also have weather risk, particularly on Thursday.
If you want a four-gamer that has a solid matchup and less weather risk, the Astros will face three pitchers outside the top 100 in their one game in Texas and three games in Kansas City.

Brewers
